Fusion Hockey is excited to offer our Power Skating Camp again this summer! This 8-week program is designed to refine skating mechanics by focusing on proper technique, edgework, and stride efficiency. Players' speed and skating ability will plateau as they reach U15 and U18 if they are not a mechanically sound skater. Once we develop technique, edgework and create the foundation we will then build up the speed.  One of the most common and biggest errors in the stride is proper foot recovery resulting in no power; this will be a major focus every session.
